Helps you set the operational hours of your organization. This information is
used in calculation of the service request completion time based on the
SLA and priority applicable on the request.
If your organization works round the clock, then select the radio
button provided for the same and choose the working days of your
support crew in a week by selecting the check box beside the days of
the week listed. If you do not work round the clock, then select the
radio button beside Select Operation Hours. From the drop down
boxes of time for Start Time and End Time, choose the
appropriate values.
Click Save to save the settings.
