You can add the list of holidays of your organization. This information along with
the operational hours will be used for calculating the expected
completion time of a service request, depending on the priority or SLA
applicable to that request. To add a new holiday click the Add New
Holiday link on the right hand side corner of the Holiday List
table.
Add New Holiday
The Add Holiday form has two fields, namely Date and Description.
The date field is a mandatory field, which will take
values only in date format. You can select the required date from the
calender that can be invoked by clicking the calender icon beside this
field.
You can enter a brief description in the Description
field, that will give information on the significance of the holiday.
Click the Save button to save the holiday and return to the
list view.
Click the Save and add new button to save the holiday and add
another holiday.
